quod quibusdam verbis iniuriosis, inhonestis in scolis s. Spiritus ipsum affecisset in communitate studentum; tandem in Collegio, ipso legente, ipse Mathias, convocatis studentibus, dixit hec verba: »Iste cacalarius legere ignorat«; iterum, quod sibi duos scolares abduxit, vnum voluntarie sibi oblatum et alterum per matrem commissum, quam iniuriam extimat ad decem aureos. Ad quam proposicionem predictus Mathias pro iniurijs illatis negauit narrata, prout narrantur, animo litem contestandj, ad tercium respondit, quod scolares nullos abduxit, sed vnum commissum habet per matrem et alterum beneuole oblatum. Et dominus decreuit, probandum super iniurijs ipsi bacc., statuendumque scolares et similiter probandum de commissione hinc ad feriam terciam.
