Die veneris XXVII Aprilis 1548
Reverendi domini suprascripti decreverunt, ut honorabilis Adam a Smigrod vicarius et cantor chori ecclesie cathedralis Cracoviensis, qui insolenter et scandalose se in domo psalteristarum, quorum est clericus, gerere di(c)itur ex eorum domo et habitatione rediit et in scholam remigret (?), habitationem, que Psalteristarum deoruget(?) et rania (?) reddot huic ad actaram ut cantor in schola maneot.
