Anno Domini 1518, die Saturni septima mensis augusti, facta convocacione sub hac forma: Egregie domine doctor et magister venerabilis. Sitis hodie hora XIX in stuba communi maioris Collegii artistarum ad audiendum, tractandum et respondendum super postulacione serenissimi domini nostri regis et sue consortis serenissime domine regine, qua instant ut Universitas assignaret et daret habitacionem in Collegio iuristarum cuidam Italo, reginalis maiestatis cancellario {{1}}, prout diligitis bonum Universitatis et sub pena non contradicendi. Detur omnibus dominis doctoribus incorporatis et magistris salariatis, ex parte rectoris. In qua omnium consiliis et votis conclusum est (preter quatuor), quod Ludovicus, cancellarius reginalis maiestatis, propter instandam serenissimi domini regis et consortis sue regine, hanc habeat et teneat habitacionem domini doctoris Iacobi Erczessow quatuor mensibus, sub tribus condicionibus istis.
