Anno Domini millesimo quadringentesimo quadragesimo sexto, feria quarta proxima ante festum sancti Galli, facta convocacione per prepositum domus per magistrum Benedictum etc. de controversia prepositorum, scilicet inter magistrum Paulum de Pyczkowicze et magistrum Johannem de Dambrowka.
Conclusum est per omnes magistros unanimiter ipsis consencientibus, quod post preposituram magistri Laurencii de Rathybor, si non advenerint aliqui alii, qui de iure prepositare deberent, tunc post magistrum Laurencium magister Johannes de Dambrowka prepositare deberet et ex post magister Paulus. Si autem venerint aliqui ad prepositandum infra preposituram magistri Laurencii aut post, tunc illi advenientes primo prepositare deberent, post hoc magister Johannes de Dambrowka, deinde magister Paulus de Pyczkowycze
