Cristi nomine invocato, solum Deum pre oculis habentes, pro tribunali sedentes pro tribunali sedentes, hanc nostram sentenciam diffinitiuam inter Venceslaum de Cadana ex vna, occasione libri »Exercicij De anima«, furtim ablatj eidem, quem sufficienter probauit esse suum, et inter Ladislaum Vngarum, studentem, parte ab altera, qui eundem librum emisse se dixit et euictorem ponere non potuit, ferimus in his scriptis in contumaciam ipsius Ladislai diffinimusque et adiudicamus, eundem librum fuisse et esse dicti Venceslai, reseruata tamen actione Ladislao contra euictorem, quando et quamprimum eum habere poterit, qui debet eum facere indempnem. Presentibus ibidem Stanislao et Paulo, sapiencys, ac Andrea de Lubyen, studente. Lecta, lata et in scriptis pronunciata est hec diffinitiua sentencia per Venerabilem dnum Iohannem de Baruchow, canonicum ecclesie kathedralis et rectorem Alme Vniuersitatis Study Cracouiensis, anno Dni millesimo quadringentesimo octuagesimo quinto die Martis xx mensis Decembris in curia siue domo sua canonicali, in platea Castrensi1 sita.
