Albertus Thabor in continenti, reconueniendo ipsum dnum Iacobum, petiuit similiter, ipsum compelli ad soluendum sex florenos, quos pro ipso fideiussit in apoteca, sed non soluit, item duos florenos, quos soluit Stanislao Czolek pro vino, et in hospicio duos florenos soluit pro expensis circa Ianckula mandato suo, petens, eum per premissa et ad litis expensas condempnari. Et in continenti dicte partes hinc inde animo legitime litem contestandi, negarunt narrata, prout narrantur, petentes, petita fieri non debere, Nicolao deferente suo iuramento. Qui quidem huiusmodi mgr. Albertus vitando huiusmodi iuramentum delatorium, allegauit, dictos quatuor florenos pro ipso dno Iacobo soluisse realiter et cum effectu, quod decreto domini probabit ad octauam peremptorie.
