Anno Domini 1573, die vero 16 novembris, spectabiles et famati domini proconsul et consules Cracovienses excellentem virum Martinum Fox Cracoviensem, philosophiae et medicinae doctorem, Universitati Cracoviensi incorporatum, ad lecturam et collegiaturam in medicinis secundum privilegium reverendi olim et clarissimi viri Mathiae de Miechow, philosophiae et medicinae doctoris, canonici Cracoviensis {{1}}, per notarium seniorem rectori Universitatis praesentarunt. Qui ab Universitate per convocationem rectoris in scheda more solito factam, ex omnium unanimi consensu ad eandem lecturam et collegiaturam admissus et susceptus est.

{{1}} 27 XI 1505 r. Maciej z Miechowa ufundował na czynszu rocznym 20 grzywien (od 600 zł węg.) drugą kollegjaturę medyczną, na którą miasto miało prezentować kandydata (Cod. dipl. III nr 310).
