Mathias de Miechow, Artium et Medicinae Doctor clarissimus, ac ecclesiae cathedralis Cracoviensis Canonicus meritissimus, mortuus est die octava mensis istius (Septembris), hora XX, non sine magnorum virorum et pauperum hominum fletu: fuit enim Universitatis Cracoviensis columna, pauperum, orphanorum et pupillorum patronus ac benefactor.
