Fungente dehinc quinto rectoratu eodem reverendo et egregio domino Sigismundo de Staezicza artium et decretorum doctore, preposito Sandecensi et canonico Cracouiensi, anno quo supra millesimo quingentesimo quinquagesimo quarto, commutatione hyemali, hi qui sequuntur scholastici sunt Universitati huius incliti Gymnasii Cracouiensis inserti et huic libro inscripti seu intitulati.
