Albertus, baccalarius, presbiter de Nagorne Colo, retulit, se citasse Stanislaum de Pleschow ad instanciam Pauli de Kalisz, contra quem proposuit, quod libros duos, videlicet Petrum Hispanum et Allexandrum, in viginti vno grosso per quandam mulierem dicto Paulo invadiatos, absque voluntate sui detinet. Qui Stanislaus animo litem contestandj respondit, se habere dictos libros, ab eadem muliere et non ab ipso Paulo sibi obligatos. Et in octaua eandem mulierem, a qua vterque ipsorum dicit libros obligatos, statuent et libros apud acta reponent. Presentibus in actis.
