Comparens personaliter G. Gorayski proposuit in et contra V. Alexandrum Pilszecki philosophiae baccalaureum, quia ipse servum suum profugum in lapidea G.D. Łancucki per patrem familias detentum, fideiubendo pro eo, ex eadem lapidea abduxit, ideo eundem ad statuitionem profugi aut ad compensationem damnorum per ipsum causatorum stringi petiit. --
