In crastino quinta aprilis magister Mathias de Sanszpowa{{a}} fecit debitam de suo decanatu racionem et pecunia reposita est ad fiscum communem. Clavis eciam data est decano facultatis canonice. Magister Andreas de Cozlye{{3}} dixit, se fecisse racionem magistro Alberto de Oppatow, medicine doctori, in qua dedit sex marcas magistro Alberto de Oppatow, quas ipse magister Andreas tenetur Universitati.
