1749. Die Iouis v Ffebruary. Citato Mathia de Thuronia et aprehenso presencialiter ad instanciam Cristanni de Mijlembach occasione fideiussorie, de qua supra, ad parendum iudicato, actore petente predicto, ut, quia predictus Mathias iam se recessui pararet et clam fertur velle recessisse, quod compelleretur, iusticia mediante, satisfacere decreto de caucione, illo ex aduerso respondente, quod paratus sum de me securitatem prestare ad decisionem cause, per appellacionem meam ad decanos et consiliarios deuolute cum assistencia rectoris, sed non ad parendum sentencie, contra me late superius, et quia fideiussores habere non possum, ideo iuxta superius decretum alteram partem amplector de iuramento et iurare volo, quod non recedam quoquam ex Cracouia, donec decretum fuerit de me per dictos dnos rectorem et decanos. Sicque decreto domini, tactis ss. Ewangelis corporaliter in hec eadem verba iurauit. Presentibus parte agente et mgro Alberto de Pnyewi, collegiato maioris Collegy, ac dno Iacubowsky, procuratore causarum consistory Cracouiensis.
